Role at MH – Campus Pastor

First step foot at Mars Hil
l – I first stepped foot into a Mars Hill Service at the old Paradox in the University District. Gary Shavey was preaching. I came back the next week and met Pastor Leif Moi. It was crazy and a breath of fresh air from the staunch little Reformed Baptist Church that I was going to.

Where were you before MH Eastside? I was originally at Mars Hill Ballard then we planted a church with the Acts 29 Network in Redmond.

How did you end up on the Eastside?
(work, living, etc.) We moved to the Eastside from California to get involved with a church.

Favorite Verse – Ephesians 2:4-5

Favorite Quote – “Do or do not. There is not ‘try’” – Yoda

Currently Reading – The Cross Centered Life by CJ Mahaney

Favorite Bands – Killers, Foo Fighters, Dropkick Murphys, Angel’s and Airwaves, Leeland

Favorite Eastside Spot – Celtic Bayou for some great Irish Beer and spicy cajon food. Perigo Park is also a favorite to take the kids to play.
